Kuen Yip has been in active practice for 40 years since being called to the Singapore Bar in 1983. His primary area of interest is real estate work, having acted for several developers in residential projects in Singapore, Reflections at Keppel Bay (1129 units), The Luxurie (622 units), one block of 204 units of Lakefront Residences, landed housing of 215 units of Riverina at Pasir Ris and La Maison Condominium.
He has also acted for companies and individuals in sale and purchase of private property, building under construction, HDB, JTC, commercial and industrial property. He brings with him years of experience in acting for several banks, both local and foreign banks, in mortgage financing, term loan, overdraft, commercial loan, refinancing and redemptions.He has also acted for CPF Board in the CPF Housing Scheme.
He has advised and organised enbloc sales, and acted in the successful enbloc sale of Kim Seng Plaza (a mixed-use development) including the application to Strata Titles Board for an order for sale, and the subsequent conveyance of 127 units of shops/apartments to the listed company buyer.
Kuen Yip has also been involved in litigation practice, family law practice and in the area of Wills, Trusts and Probate.
Chee Jia is a family law practitioner with over a decade of specialist family law experience. Her practice involves all aspects of family law ranging from matrimonial law, private wealth and trusts, wills and probate, mental capacity and adoption matters.
Having had the privilege of honing her skills at several leading Singapore law firms in her areas of practice, she found that her interest lies in providing quality and personable legal solutions to her clients.
Chee Jia is acutely aware of the sensitivities of family matters and believes in providing holistic legal solutions to each client’s problems. She sees providing comfort and peace of mind to her client as an integral part of her practice.
In particular, Chee Jia has specialist experience in contentious family disputes, ranging from contentious estate and probate matters to divorces and associated ancillary matters, and interlocutory applications such as maintenance, child custody and interim injunctions to cases of domestic violence and children’s issues. She also has experience dealing with complex cross-border cases involving international child abduction, ancillary relief in Singapore consequent upon overseas divorces and relocation applications.
Keng Lee graduated from University of Singapore in 1978 with Bachelor of Laws (Honours). She has been in legal practice for 42 years. She began her career in law in 1978 as a Legal Officer of DBS Bank after the Bank’s on campus recruitment from Law School of University of Singapore. She left 6 years later and has been in private practice since 1983.
She specializes in banking, conveyancing and property law and landlord and tenancy law. She has represented both individuals and institutions in a wide range of real estate and conveyancing matters. Individual clients would also consult her on family matters, such as drafting of wills and estate matters.
She has handled matters involving the sale and acquisition of property, mortgages, charges, leases, use of CPF funds and other general advice on property related matters.
She has also acted for housing developers in the sale of housing developments and sale and purchase transactions of buildings for listed companies.
She takes a very keen interest in the development of the conveyancing practice in Singapore and was the Vice Chairman of the Conveyancing Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore from 2013 to 2016. She has been a Member of the Conveyancing Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore since 2010 till present.
In addition, she was a Senior Teaching Fellow for the Real Estate Practice during the Part B Course of the Singapore Bar Examinations, Singapore Institute of Legal Education from 2011 to 2015.

In the midst of her practice, she embarked on life long learning programme. She studied part time and graduated with a Bachelor of Science(Psychology)(Open University) and a Specialist Diploma In Early Childhood.
Katherine has been in practice since 1981, principally as a solicitor specializing in real estate law at all levels for residential and commercial developments, en-bloc sale of properties, property financing and corporate / commercial matters.
She represented the Singapore Totalisator Board in the acquisition of the land at Bukit Timah of the Singapore Turf Club. She also acted in the tender of the Suntec City site on which the development is built, sale and lease of units in Suntec City.
Some major developments that she was involved in are the Ocean Park condominium, Parkshore condominium and the Mirage.
Katherine had been an in-house counsel in one of the major developers in Singapore with extensive investments in the real estate, hospitality and leisure business.
One of her key areas of expertise is in company secretarial practice, having been a secretary managing over 200 companies.
She was an adjunct lecturer and tutor with the polytechnics and was a trainer at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
